Family-friendly events are back at Villa Carlotta, in Tremezzina on Lake Como!
On September 13th and 20th, at 2:30 pm, children ages 6 and up can participate in ''Let's Play with Threads,'' a creative workshop dedicated to the ancient art of hand weaving.
Through threads, colors, and different materials, young participants will be guided in creating small artifacts, pencil cases, or mini-tapestries, using heddle looms. This activity is designed to introduce children to manual skills and creativity, allowing them to experience weaving techniques firsthand. 🧶
The workshop takes place as part of the exhibition ''Nature Weaves Its Threads,'' curated by LilArte, and offers the opportunity to discover the world of weaving through a fun and hands-on experience.
