Autumn Festival at Parco Sigurtà

With the arrival of the first chilly days and the onset of autumn, the Parco Giardino Sigurt� in Valeggio sul Mincio takes on new, extraordinary hues. From September 23 to November 15, 2026, the Autumn Festival invites visitors to experience the magic of the changing foliage: among centuries-old maples, oaks, and vast green expanses, the treetops transform into a vibrant palette of colors-ranging from gold and amber to fiery red and copper.

This time of year offers a wonderful opportunity to rediscover the Park in a different light, as nature slows its pace, revealing evocative vistas and an intimate, relaxing atmosphere.

A program full of magic, sport, and fun
In addition to enchanting walks amidst the autumn leaves, the Festival features a rich calendar of events for visitors of all ages:

• Autumnal splashes of color
  Throughout October and November, the Park delights visitors once again with the blooming of ''Autumn Tulips,'' bringing a touch of the energy of the famous *Tulipanomania* (Tulip-mania) to the season as it wanes.
  
• Fantastic journeys and Halloween
  From October 10 until the end of the season, families can embark on an immersive experience titled ''The Broken Seal'' (*Il sigillo spezzato*), designed to draw younger visitors into a mystery-filled narrative. The highlight for children arrives on Sunday, November 1, with a special Halloween event at the Park; from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the gardens will be filled with themed decorations, elaborate sets, and a festive, pumpkin-inspired atmosphere.
• The Halloween Run
  For sports and outdoor enthusiasts, the fifth edition of the ''Halloween Run'' returns on Sunday, November 8th. This fun, non-competitive event (running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) combines walking, music, and entertainment along the park's tree-lined avenues.
  
• Grand Season Finale
  Sunday, November 15th, marks the final day of the 2026 season, before the Park begins its customary winter break.

How to Enjoy the Experience

• The Park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM). As the colder months arrive and the clocks change, the closing time shifts slightly earlier to 4:30 PM.
  
• Visitors can explore the expansive grounds on foot or by bicycle; alternatively, electric golf carts are available for rent on-site, or guests can hop aboard the scenic tourist train.
